Helps to properly lockout valve handles from 1" up to 14" diameter. Designed with (2) flattened half-moons that completely cover the valve wheel. Made from polypropylene plastic. Fully dielectric and resistant to extreme temperature changes (-50° F to 360° F). Resistant to cracking and abrasion. Red. ANSI Z353.1 compliant.
